The Center for Disaster Philanthropy is hosting a webinar to explore how funders can support Indigenous communities worldwide to prevent disasters and combat the effects of climate change. Panelists, including Chele Rider from the American Red Cross and Patricia Velásquez from The Wayuu Taya Foundation, will join CDP’s Heidi Schultz to examine how Indigenous knowledge can help communities deal with the impacts of a disaster. We’re excited to co-sponsor this webinar; we hope you can join us!
