About TFN’s 2024 Spring Convening:
Community, Climate, Connection

We’re excited to gather in Austin on March 27 and 28 for TFN’s Spring Convening of our GREEN, Urban Water Funders and Mobility and Access Collaborative working groups!

This jointly organized convening will bring together funders and nonprofit community leaders to explore pressing issues centered on our theme: Community, Climate, Connection.

Tap into the collective wisdom of these issue-focused working groups to share best strategies, troubleshoot challenges and expand your professional network.

Join us to deepen your understanding of climate, urban water and mobility and access issues and how they intersect.

Our meeting goals are to:

    • Bring together members of TFN’s GREEN, Mobility and Access Collaborative and Urban Water Funders working groups for joint learning and engagement.
    • Explore cross-cutting themes such as climate adaptation/resilience, accessing federal infrastructure funds to benefit communities, equitable implementation of these federal investments, and more.
    • Deepen learning from place and peers with focus on how philanthropy can be of service to community leadership and community-led solutions.
    • Create space for individual working groups to meet and connect in person.
    • Strengthen relationships across TFN working groups with opportunities for funders to network, socialize and strategize.
