Key Lessons Learned

Prioritize Internal Communication and Documentation
Staff turnover can disrupt project continuity, especially when knowledge isn’t properly transferred. Regular updates, consistent internal documentation, and archiving of project plans are essential to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing progress.

Maintain Strong, Flexible Partnerships
Regular communication with project partners helps maintain engagement and shared ownership. It’s important to remain flexible and understanding if partners’ availability or involvement changes over time. Keeping project goals simple and achievable further supports long-term success.
